FOUR FRAMED INFINITY ROOFLIGHTS FOR A WEST MIDLANDS COACH HOUSE

Partner Wood v Wood made quick work of installing four Infinity framed rooflights for this gorgeous West Midlands property. The TuffX rooflights were specified to draw natural light deep into the building, transforming the feel of the space while fitting neatly within the constraints of a tight programme and challenging winter-build conditions.

In performance terms, TuffX’s double‑glazed Infinity rooflights achieve centre‑pane U‑values of 1.2 W/m²K. In comparison, the triple‑glazed option delivers approximately 0.7 W/m²K – up to 30% better than standard double glazing – alongside enhanced acoustic performance.

Frameless Glass Balustrade for Front Patio in North Yorkshire

Working closely with Fusion Glass Ltd at an early stage of the project, the team at TuffX supported on system choice, glass specification and installation for a frameless glass balustrade for the front patio – to match the existing Juliet balcony, installed using a base channel system with 17.5mm toughened laminated glass.

TUFFX’s ability to manufacture bespoke glass panels directly from physical templates was key to the success of this project. Once the templates were completed, TUFFX arranged prompt collection, allowing production to begin without delay.

GLOW GLASS EXTENSION FOR PREMIER FRAMES

Meeting the brief to incorporate 70% glazing into a large extension onto a Hertfordshire property, fabricator Premier Frames partnered with TuffX, to deliver a multi-functional heated glass solution utilising our Glow heated Glass.

Stunning Hallmark Orangery with Ambience Glass

We were delighted to work with Hallmark Extensions on a stunning orangery for a listed property in Hampshire in replacing existing old softwood conservatory with a room to be enjoyed all year round.

HALLMARK EXTENSIONS WORKS WITH AMBIENCE CONSERVATORY GLASS

For this new home in East Sussex, whilst the client did want a space with more natural light compared to other rooms in the house they did have initial concerns about a glass roof extension being ‘too hot or too cold’. That’s where Ambience came into its own!

BALUSTRADES & OUTSIDE STAIRCASE FOR SEAFRONT PROPERTY

TuffX’s customer had been commissioned to design and install a balustrade and stairs outside a seafront property in Scotland. TuffX supplied 20m² of 21.5mm toughened laminated safety glass, with polished edges and dubbed corners, which was to be fixed to a steel balustrade through holes at the bottom of the glass.
